Friday afternoon I volunteered at the Ironman Triathlon representing the Challenged Athletes Foundation. If you haven't heard of CAF before, I highly recommend you check them out! This amazing organization was founded to help people with disabilities overcome their challenges and find strength and independence through sports and athletics. They even started a program that focuses on helping our wounded Veterans called Operation Rebound. Every story is so inspirational! Please
